Speak Up!
Some of you might remember a time in your lives where you felt confident, but then life gave you a few knocks, or you met someone (boss, partner, etc) who dominated them and then before you knew it you’d lost all the confidence you’ve ever had. There are many ways to regain confidence, and here one simple way you can begin.
Speak more loudly - obviously don’t shout! For some people speaking more slowly can help - especially if you are prone to mumbling. If you are doing public speaking though, it can help you to speak loudly and a little bit quicker - it makes you seem excited about your subject. Consider the pitch and tone of your voice - if you have access to record yourself speaking with friends you’ll have a better idea of how loud you are and what you sound like. Perhaps consider getting feedback from someone you trust. It takes time to change these things, but it’s really worth it.

when i first join to working society, i always speak up. of course my bosses will be happy but my colleagues starting to boycot me coz i talk to much and their bosses ask them to speak up as well.
Because of that, unhappy environment created. Then i join another company, i continue to speak up, here everyone like the way i voice up but there's always few individuals tend to make my life like hell. Specially those who are the bosses "pets". They start to complain i talk too much, i'm arrogant, i'm not work as a team and many many more just to make sure i look bad whenever i talk.
But i guess i will not give up because facts are important to tell and share. This will make less mistake in decision making
Thanks for the article to support.
In the reality world, people will only respect or believe in those who are confident. It's very important to be confident. You can have a great ideas, however if you didn't sound confidence, your ideas will be rejected by someone. Because you didn't sound confident.
Speak up! I am still struggling with this and seriously working on it. Times i tuck myself away and when i realised that, i pulled it back.. it works!
Obviously speaks up can built up your confidence level...I myself still in learning process, believe me by speak up more will not just help you in voicing your opinion but shows that you are confidence in what you said..
If you do not speak no one will hear you out and you will not be able to get things done.
First build your confidence by reading the book “10 Ultimate tips for Confidence", then start speaking up with confidence. :)
Most of the time i don't speak loud in infront of group of people or in public, this is because i have no confidence. Thanks for conducting the speaking class in weekly basic for us. It's help me to speak all out in front of the people i trusted.
